Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
If your newly purchased item doesn't fit you or you didn't received the love feedback you hoped for, we give you the choice of return (within 2 weeks from the delivery date). For that reason, we tried to make the process the easiest way possible for you. The steps are simple:
1. Just send us an e mail (info@melittaofficial.com) with your order number and give us info about your return.
(reason and which choice from the following you prefer)
As for your return, we offer you plenty of decisions for each occasion.
More specifically your choices are:
Α)100% credit for your next order.
Β)Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money spent for your purchase.
*In case you used a payment gateway (PayPal, Debit/Credit Card etc.) the amount will be automatically refunded through the method you used.
*If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2 weeks to complete
(Your IBAN is needed in that case, preferable EUROBANK, ETHNIKI BANK OR PIREUS BANK).
C)Exchange with another design. Just choose any other available design from our collections.
In order to make sure the product you need is still available we suggest you contact us so to reserve the new item for you.

2. Then pack it up by using the original received package (be eco hearted about it!) and return it in a 14-day space from your delivery date.
You are free to use any postal service you prefer (shipping fees are covered by you) or use one of our recommended methods below for easier shipping.
Offer for Greek Customers - Send the parcel via ACS with recipient charge. A fixed amount of 3,00€ will then be deducted from your refund or added as cash on delivery on your exchange parcel. (*the initial shipping cost and "cash on delivery fee" is non refundable!)
For EU & International Customers - shipping fees are covered by you.
Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is clean, including your original order receipt or packing slip.
Note that the order's shipping charge & "cash on delivery fee" cannot be refunded.
